Reid Waller

Head Coach & Safeties

Coach Waller is entering his 29th year of coaching and his second year as Head Coach of the Kangaroos. Coach Waller has also coached at Plano where he was the Defensive Coordinator and at Henderson High School where he served as the Defensive Coordi­nator and the Head Coach. His wife Sarah is a Kindergarten teacher at Curtis Elemen­tary. They have two daughters: Sally 24 and Abby 16.

Greg Gibson

Offensive Coordinator

Greg is from Richardson, Texas and graduated from L.V. Berkner High School. He played football at Stephen F. Austin and graduated from Ouchita Baptist University. While completing his Masters in Educational Leadership, He was a football graduate assistant coach at Arkansas State University. He worked 2 years for Corpus Christi ISD. Greg has been married for 6 years to Jana who is a teacher at Curtis Elementary. They have two sons: Braeden 5 and Kellen 2.

Joey Wilson

Fullbacks/Quarterbacks

Coach Wilson is entering his 33rd year in education and coaching his 4th year at WHS. He is a graduate of Jasper High School, Lamar University, and McNees State Univer­sity. His wife Lynn is an R.N. and Assistant Director of Nurses at Exceptional Home Care. They have three girls: Jolyn 25, Laura 21 and Kathryn 19.

Clint Coffman

Outside Linebackers

Coach Coffman is entering his 14th year of coaching and 10th year at Weatherford. He graduated from Clovis High School where he played football, basketball and ran track. He went to college at New Mexico Highlands University where he played football while getting his Degree in Education. He teachers World Geography at the NGC. Clint has been married for 5 years to his wife Ailee. They have one son: Coleson Tru 19 months

Raymon Hass

Defensive Tackle

Coach Hass is in his 8th year at WHS and his 13th year as a teacher/coach. He is origi­nally from East Texas where he spent the first part of his coaching career. He received his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Kinesiology from East Texas State Uni­versity where he met Tracey, his wife of 9 years. His hobbies include crosswords, logic puzzles, golf, bicycling, and other recreational activities,

John King

Slot Backs and Kickers

Coach King is in his 2nd year at WHS. He is a graduate of Ballinger High School, Texas Tech where he played football, and UT Arlington. His degree is in History and he teaches Government and Economics. He married his wife Kailey in 2009.

Pat Miller

Fullbacks

Coach Miller is in his 33rd year of coaching and it's his 3rd year at WHS. He is a graduate of Arlington Heights High in 1969, Wharton Jr. College, and Howard Payne Univ. in Brownwood, Texas where he played football. He teaches P-AP World History. He has been married to his wife Pennie for 38 years; she is an Interior Decorator and Caterer. They have two children: Kiel is 37, coaches at Glen Rose, and Audra. They have 6 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Hobbies are Hunting and Fishing

Tim O'Brien

Inside Line Backers

Coach O'Brien is in his 3rd year at WHS. He previously taught and coached for 5 years in Washington. He is a graduate of Catholic High in New Iberia, LA. He spent 6 years as a Combat medic in the U.S. Army. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in BA of Science in Secondary Education. He teaches World History and is the head Coach of the boys track. He has been married to his wife Be­linda for 18 years. They have a daughter: Kelsey 14 attending at the NGC.

Anthony Pascuzzi

Defensive Ends

Coach Pascuzzi is from Richardson, Texas. He is entering his 3rd year of teaching and coaching at WHS. He graduated from L.V. Berkner High School. He played football at Henderson State University and University of Central Oklahoma. He graduated from Texas Tech University. He teaches World History and World Geography at WHS. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

Jamie Tharp

Offensive Line & Tight Ends

Coach Tharp is in his 12th year at WHS. He graduated from Marion High School in Marion, Iowa and received a B.A. in Biology Education from the University of North^­ern Iowa in 1997. He moved to Texas in the summer of 1997 to Grapevine-Colleyville for 2 years where he coached and taught. He teaches Chemistry. His wife Staci teaches English at WHS. They have two daughters: Abby 12 and Sadie 9.

Kelly Wilson

Receivers

Coach Wilson is a graduate of West Texas State University. He is beginning his 18th year of coaching and teaching. He teaches math at the NGC as well as coaching 9th grade basketball. Prior to Weatherford, Kelly coached in Lubbock, Graham, and Min­eral Wells. Kelly and his wife Misty have three daughters: Mackenzie 19, Mollie 16, and Emily 14.

Todd Werts

Cornerbacks

This is Coach Werts 1st year at WHS and his 22nd year of coaching. He graduated from Collegiate High School in Wichita, Kansas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lipscomb University. He teaches Psychology and Sociology. He has been married to his wife Debbie for 17 years. They have two sons: Grant 15 and Nathan 14.
